Finally, I would like to mic the bride and the groom before the festivities of the day begin. This typically happens as the bride gets her dress on, and when the groom has finished dressing. Depending on how the wedding dress is designed, the mic process looks different for each bride. The mic is there so that I can capture good audio during "reveals" and for the vows-- and basically all audio during the ceremony. Please list any concerns you have below, or simply say "Get 'er done!"
