Hello! My name is Shantal Schwartz (maiden name Laufenberg, hence, “Laufly” Productions), and I was born and raised in small town Grangeville, ID. After a “brief” 7-year-respite in Colorado, I currently have found my way back home, with a husband and 5 children in tow. From since before I can remember, I have been a hopeless romantic. A complete sap when it comes to anything mushy. On top of it, I have ALWAYS loved to film. Anyone who knew me growing up can attest to my infatuation with making movies. From Harry Potter to lip-syncing Doris Day, I was your gal. What started as a fun hobby for family weddings has flourished into a career that I couldn’t be more thrilled about. I look forward to the privilege of working along side you on one of the most memorable days of your life, and capturing, to the best of my ability, your day. Movies are magic to me, and each time I create a short one of a wedding day, I am always happy to see it has retained some of the magic and love felt that day. That’s all I can hope to do for you!
